Very Scenic Beach with actual caves to walk through.

Malibu Surfrider

A very famous Malibu beach that happened to be the starting point for the famous surfing movie Endless Summer.  The adjacent Malibu Pier has recently been restored to its original glory.

Marina Mother's Beach

No surf, pirate’s ship and playground equipment.

Paradise Cove

Private beach that has been in several movies. Pricey parking.

Redondo Beach

Very nice beach and pier with many shops and restaurants.

Santa Monica Beach

Home of the original Muscle Beach.

Children enjoy eating a famous Hot Dog on A Stick at the base of the pier.

 

Venice Beach

One of the most famous Los Angeles beaches. Many vendors along the boardwalk and there is also an area where bodybuilders work out adjacent to the sand. Small pier.

Will Rogers State Beach

Zuma Beach

A long stretch of beach with a strong lifeguard presence.
